Swell and New to Me
Unlike my Unsung Heroes series, which features permanent drove products I've known and loved a long time, the Neat and New to Me series showcases permanent collection products that slipped under my radar for a while, but then I discovered them! — and now I think they're keen and new to me.
I affectionately refer to MAC Sheertone Shimmer Blush in Springsheen equally "strobing for lazy people." (Similar me!) 🙂
It's a beautiful pinkish coral color with golden pearl, and I can't exist the only person who too likes the name. I keep hearing the words "Bruce Springsheen," and and then I moving-picture show the little compact with tiny arms and legs playing a guitar…
Anyway! It illuminates the apples of my cheeks with a pretty pinkish coral while the golden pearl in it makes my cheekbones softly glow.
I'm never non looking for ways to streamline my makeup routine and get out the door quicker, and that's ane of the reasons I like Springsheen, which isn't new, but I only recently discovered information technology in the MAC permanent line.
My routine with it? — BB cream, pulverization, so a couple layers of Springsheen on my cheeks. No need to wear a separate highlighter considering Springsheen's born pearl pretty much works the same style. And so I'll exercise my lashes, brows and lips, either with a lipstick, or with a gloss with a hint of gold in information technology like MAC Nymphette, Big Babe or Overnice Buzz.
The get-go time I swiped (Bruce) Springsheen on the dorsum of my hand I thought, "Ooh, NARS Orgasm!" because information technology does look a niggling like that, but I call back it'due south more elegant. The golden pearl particles are finer and not as "in your face up," and I also merely prefer the way Springsheen feels. I think it'due south softer and smoother than Orgasm, and besides easier to blend, methinks.
